What To Do if your about to Binge?

So I binged earlier. I felt discussing and I never want it to happen again so I searched up a bunch of things to do it your about to binge. These are my favourites.

  • Go for a walk
  • Paint your nails
  • Homework (if you have any)
  • Have a cup of tea
  • Watch a movie
  • Take a shower 
  • Get organised! Tidy your house, Sort your bills e.g.
  • Draw
  • Take a nap
  • Read a book
  • Put on some music and dance around
  • Go out with friends to bowling or something
  • Go to the gym
  • Do some yoga
  • Write a diary entry
  • Workout!
  • Twitter
  • Get your hair done
  • Take some photos
  • Create a thinspo collage

  • CUT A RIBBON THE SIZE YOU WANT YOU WAIST TO BE. WRAP AND TIE IT AROUND YOU WRIST LIKE A BRACELET. EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT IT YOU'LL BE REMINDED OF YOUR GOALS.
  • DON'T EAT IN SECRET. 
  • WHEN FEELING HUNGER, PICTURE YOUR STOMACH EATING ALL THE THE FAT.
  • GREEN TEA RAISES METABOLISM
  • HOT WATER WITH LEMON IS A GOOD MORNING DRINK
  • THE MORNING IS THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE 
  • AT LEAST 6 HOURS OF SLEEP PER NIGHT
  • GOOD POSTURE BURNS 10% MORE CALORIES
