So I binged earlier. I felt discussing and I never want it to happen again so I searched up a bunch of things to do it your about to binge. These are my favourites.

- Go for a walk
- Paint your nails
- Homework (if you have any)
- Have a cup of tea
- Watch a movie
- Take a shower
- Get organised! Tidy your house, Sort your bills e.g.
- Take a nap
- Read a book
- Put on some music and dance around
- Go out with friends to bowling or something
- Go to the gym
- Do some yoga
- Write a diary entry
- Get your hair done
- Take some photos
- Create a thinspo collage

- WHEN YOU CAN, EAT IN FRONT OF A MIRROR.
- SNAP A RUBBER BAND AROUND YOUR WRIST WHEN HUNGRY, FOOD=PAIN
- CUT A RIBBON THE SIZE YOU WANT YOU WAIST TO BE. WRAP AND TIE IT AROUND YOU WRIST LIKE A BRACELET. EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT IT YOU'LL BE REMINDED OF YOUR GOALS.
- DON'T EAT IN SECRET.
- WHEN FEELING HUNGER, PICTURE YOUR STOMACH EATING ALL THE THE FAT.
- GREEN TEA RAISES METABOLISM
- HOT WATER WITH LEMON IS A GOOD MORNING DRINK
- THE MORNING IS THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE
- AT LEAST 6 HOURS OF SLEEP PER NIGHT
- GOOD POSTURE BURNS 10% MORE CALORIES
